About A&R Firearms Training

I am Allen Nelson, Owner and Founder of A&R Firearms Training. I am a Christian AMERICAN with a strong support for the 2nd Amendment. I am also a former Law Enforcement Officer with the State of Mississippi serving for 12 years. Prior to that, I was a member of the “All American” 82nd Airborne Division as a Paratrooper. I have numerous Instructor Certifications through the NRA and continue to gain more as it is my passion to teach skills needed to defend oneself from an assailant whether inside the home or outside the home.

A & R Firearms Training is focused on providing law abiding U.S. Citizens with quality, professional firearms training. We offer different formats from regimented classroom training, seminars and one on one training.  At A & R Firearms Training we strive to make learning an enjoyable experience to help students retain more of the information given to them.
