Event Details
The Handgun Accuracy 1.0 course is an 8 hour course designed to introduce the shooter to new skills and techniques that are taught to take the students accuracy to the next level. The Student will learn proper TTP’s, when applied consistently, will greatly increase the shooters accuracy and greatly increase confidence. Some of the topics discussed will include, but are not limited to: draw stroke, weapon presentation, “palm pressure”, minimizing “wobble zone”, How to greatly minimize “shooter induced errors”, and many other topics.
Required equipment for course:
Quality Handgun (No Sig P320’s @ this time), Quality holster suitable for EC, Spare mag carrier attached to belt, minimum of three (3) mags-more is better, 300 rounds of ammunition, spare batteries for optics (if so equipped), eye and ear protection – electronic ear pro preferred, head covering of some sort, gloves – knee pads are encouraged, weapon cleaning kit, camp chair, ability to hydrate, snacks/bag lunch.
